ABSTRACT
This editorial urges that the largest threat facing the administration of U.S. president-elect Barack Obama's administration is preventing terrorists from constructing a nuclear device. This recommendation stems from a report co-authored by Obama's scientific adviser John Holdren. Also discussed is the lack of regulation surrounding nuclear non-proliferation.
