ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's views on the move of President Ronald Reagan in advocating the nations of Central America to join in a peaceful revolution for democracy. The author cites the president's recommendation's that includes commitment to democracy, reject of extremism and respect human rights, and the rule of law. Despite of these recommendations, the author suggests that people should not waste their precious resources, human and natural to achieve the honor of the U.S.
