The author comments on winners at the Gold and Silver Plate Awards of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA) held at the National Restaurant Association show in Chicago, Illinois. According to the author, the winners of the awards were innovative, dedicated, caring and respected in the food service sector. He asserted that all winners were committed to operational excellence.
