ABSTRACT
The author reflects on social lawlessness as the many reasons for the hopelessness in the future. The author states that disordered modern society, the negligible authority and its on hold functions are among the chief reasons for the condition of the society. The author believes that as soon as public authority asserts its supreme rights and punishes those who use them, the better it would at large.
