ABSTRACT
The article reports on the International Competencies for Educational and Vocational Guidance Practitioners' appointment of a research group and launching of a worldwide survey. Though many researchers and practitioners contributed to the project, the final report was drafted by a team under the leadership of Elvira Repetto of the Universidad Nacional de Educacion A Distancia in Spain.
