ABSTRACT
The author talks about the Communist party line in New York, identified through municipal colleges, but is still to be investigated by the Rapp-Coudert Committee. In the U.S., there were aliens who have been staying before the start of war who were subject to deportation. However, these aliens cannot be deported due to countries like the Soviet Union who will not receive them. Attorney-General Jackson found an answer to this dilemma through imprisoning these aliens, but this plan failed to give a border for Americans who follow the Communist party line.
