ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the advantages brought by technology to mankind. Initially, he makes a comparison on how technology makes his life and daily activities easier and possible. He also envisions on the developments technology will bring until 2048, leading mankind into the age of cybernetic connectivity. Nevertheless , he warns on the need for man to control the direction, development and impact of technology and not the other way around.
