The editors encourage teenagers to get their copies of the publication. They say that the publication is truly for teenagers since they do not have staff writers. All articles published were submitted by teenagers throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island, among others. They note that they can afford to print and deliver a free paper because of support from advertisers and donations from individuals and businesses.
