ABSTRACT
The authors explain the best coaching advice a person will receive in his lifetime. According to the authors, at the end of life, the only person an individual needs to impress is himself. They suggests four recurring themes on the question of what advice old people would have given themselves. These include listening to oneself, creating a regular time and space to reflect on who they are, and finding a partner to serve as spotter and dialogue partner as they grow.
