ABSTRACT
The author discusses commission-related myths and truths. On the myth that all real estate agents charge the same commission percentage, he cites the truth that despite what an agent might say otherwise, commissions are always 100 percent negotiable. Regarding the myth that one dedicated agent is better to sell one's home, he explains that a team approach is far more effective than a lone agent for getting the job done expediently.
