ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the specifications used on how to manage appropriately the purchased equipment. He mentions the aid of consulting manuals and mechanic to ensure proper handling of the equipment. He also states the need to prepare a plan in conducting replacement of equipment. Further, he claims that the acquisition of little knowledge on the nature of equipment and the plan have ensured effective management of equipment.
