ABSTRACT
The author discusses the leadership principles on handling situations involving ethical issues. He states that leaders must be able to distinguish the difference between legal and ethical decisions, show that they reject rationalization even on the simplest issues, and must resist temptation on lying or bending rules. Leaders are advised to identify between action and consequence-based ethics and use ethics to transform the workplace.
