ABSTRACT
The author comments on the change in the focus of content management market from relying solely on hardware and software to instead increasing the value of these products by way of offering assistance. The assistance takes the form of customer-oriented campaigns, user-community launching, technical support projects and personalized activities. The author wonders whether the financiers of film, provide money for the acquisition of 4K digital since there are still problems to be resolved on data management and archiving, among others.
