ABSTRACT
This author says that large-scale vote fraud is extremely rare in the U.S. and is not a significant problem. In the U.S. Supreme Court ruling "Crawford v. Marion County Election Board," Justice John Paul Stevens concluded that there was no evidence of vote fraud in Indiana. However, some say that vote suppression is more of a problem than fraud.
