The author reflects on the importance of home furnishing industry's support in the success of International Sleep Products Association's (ISPA) marketing program, which is aimed at increasing consumers' awareness on the significance of sleep and the sleep products in the U.S. He suggests that the industry should back up the major national consumer promotion of Charlie Eitel, ISPA's chairman and CEO of Simmons Bedding Co., because it could also benefit the entire home furnishing industry.
