ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the present day epidemic of sleeping disorder. He states that complication in a form of psychological nightblindness is suffered by several individuals. He mentions that sleep medicine which aides in sleeping disorder from the health sciences offers few relief for nightblindness. The author suggests that patients can sleep better if they try to be more nightminded and less nightblinded.
