The author reflects on the marketing and pricing plans of wireless operators in the U.S. She discusses her experience of talking to an AT&T solicitor convincing her to switch to wireless services. She also looks into the top wireless companies in the country and asserts that their pricing plans become more attractive which would make customers disconnect their wired phones. However, she argues that they should not lure users if they could not support them all.
