ABSTRACT
The author reflects on her school district's wellness policy. She points out that a wellness policy is great, but it is just words on paper unless it is put into action. She claims that the commitment the workers sign every month creates awareness and shows them that what they do on their jobs does impact the wellness and healthiness of the students they serve.
