ABSTRACT
The article offers views on managing growth of a dental practice. According to the author, the initial step to managing growth is to understand that rapid growth is occurring. The author claims the key is to design business systems that permit the practice to keep abreast with the growth. The author adds that practices should have a plan, establish the correct number of staff members and train them so they can adapt to a changing environment.
