Leaders of Performance

Peters, Tom
January 2008
Leadership Excellence Essentials;Jan2008, Vol. 25 Issue 1, p10
The author focuses on the qualities of best leaders. Leadership qualities, according to the author, are not always positive as what he observed. Leaders practice dictatorship in making their visions a reality. They are also narrow-minded knowing they can only attend to a number of agendas. Other leadership qualities that may not sound so positive but nevertheless contribute to performance include manipulative, mistrustful and symbol conscious.
