ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the restoration of Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) enacted in 1990 in the U.S. He cites a resolution addressing noncompliance with ADA by creating the ADA Restoration Act of 2007. He points out that its very name indicates the fact that the original intent had been incorrectly applied and the Congress was making what it wanted was going to be clarified by restoring the law's original intent.
