Facebook fiasco highlights privacy concerns

The author reflects on the controversy over the Beacon technology of Facebook Inc. in the U.S. She said that Facebook faces complain from users, security experts and privacy watchdogs over privacy concerns because their activities are tracked and sometimes issued without their permission. She adds that the economics on the web should be blamed for the controversies.
