The author reflects on the bedding program of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. in the U.S. The company has established the new company called Mattress Works. It had supply agreements with Park Place and Hickory Springs. Awareness is the key factor that contributed to the success of Wal-Mart's bedding program by informing consumers the availability of their products.
