Viewpoint: design well and the users will come

The author reflects on the importance of good art library design in attracting library users. She asserts that professionals who plan new or refurbish art libraries must think hard about the services they wish to offer within their buildings. She contends that actual art libraries are still hot and are not affected by virtual libraries.
