ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the study about how adenotonsillectomy can improve children's behavior in Great Britain. He stresses that the study has shown that adenotonsillectomy is capable to improve behavior and cognition in children, however, this study failed to note that adenotonsillectomy might improve neurobehavioral outcomes on certain subgroups of children with sleep disorder. Moreover, the author advises pediatricians to recommend adenotonsillectomy in children with behavioral disorder.
