ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the article "Impact of Left Ventricular Lead Position on the Efficacy of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy: A Two-Dimensional Strain Echocardiography Study," by Michael Becker and colleagues. He emphasizes that when evaluating the cardiac dyssynchrony with the strain analysis, only the time to the peak of the strain is considered but not the magnitude of the strain.
