ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's views concerning the enhancement of No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act in the U.S. He expresses that NCLB allows the schools to track student progress, and improves the flexibility in the development of state accountability systems. The author also believes that it offers options to parents to transfer their children to better schools with free tuition. He encourages strong support for NCLB to achieve meaningful reforms in educational system.
