The two regional editions of the journal "ICIS Chemical Business" has been merged into a single magazine. Editor John Baker has moved to a new role within the now extensive global ICIS group after being its head for 17 years. Baker recalls that in the 1990s this journal reported the rise of shareholder pressure and the drive for better returns from the industry.
