ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's comments on the traits a good manager or a good leader should have. The author says that whenever he has asked about good leadership, he has been often told that good leaders do things right and are distressed if things aren't running smoothly. But the author believes that these attributes are more indicative of good managers than of great leaders. According to him, what if, they are committed to doing right things, instead of working to do things right.
