ABSTRACT
The author reflects on how Internet could help one's business in the U.S. He highlights that some of the most successful sales efforts have blended use of the Internet with catalogs, stores or both. He also believes that the real benefit of Internet and catalog/phone/mail sales is that the consumer gets accurate descriptions of products and prices and sees a broad selection in a format that is open around the clock.
