In this article, the author discusses different aspects of Unified Communications (UC), which integrates different messages, such as voice, e mail, and fax, into one computer inbox. The author explains that many business people have found that UC increases productivity, provides opportunity for different types of communication, and improves customer service. The author feels that UC has many limitations.
