The author reflects on the issues to be raised during a bedding consumer seminar at the Las Vegas Market in Nevada on July 30, 2007. He will present the highlights of Furniture/Today research on bedding's performance among consumers and retailers. He admitted that some of the research's findings are controversial. He considered it as well as the other studies as the hallmark of reporting on the bedding industry. He added that knowing what retailers and consumers say about bedding is relevant.
