ABSTRACT
The author offers tips and advice for grocers presenting live demonstrations of its seafood products. He recommends grocers to create aroma, excitement and a positive attitude once customers enter a store. Grocers should also involve staff in the seafood, deli and meat department. They should communicate with buying staff and vendors the importance of scheduling live cooking sessions.
