ABSTRACT
The author encourages sales managers, teams and personnel to adopt a customer relationship management (CRM) system. According to the author, convincing a child to eat vegetables is like trying to convince a salesperson to use a CRM system. The advantages of using CRM in a sales team are also considered. CRM systems including Salesforce.com, Sage SalesLogix and Microsoft Dynamics are highlighted.
