ABSTRACT
The author presents ideas and innovations in casinos in the U.S. that were thought to be good but turned the other way. He cites keeping track of all money going into the game cash box through a system of markers; players club secret rewards system; flowery felt dice tables; video poker playtables and maze layout of slot floor tables. He urges to keep on trying ideas but discontinue those that have been proven to fail in their expectations.
