ABSTRACT
The author offers her opinion on the proposal by U.S. President George W. Bush to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants in the country. She contends that while Bush proposes to put infrared cameras at the U.S.-Mexico border, the nation still needs a wall or a Border Patrol agent to stop the Mexicans illegally crossing the border.
