The author discusses business and work ethics. He stresses the importance of observing ethical obligations. He contends that an ethics course cannot prevent unethical behavior but it can offer examples that enable people to deal with challenges. He shares that as a dean in a business school, they see to it that they provide their students with examples of personal ethical dilemmas to point them where the problems in the business world lie.
