ABSTRACT
The author reflects on several voters' opinions regarding the 2008 elections in the U.S. He asserts that some voters have developed the Ernest Hemingway principle called "built-in crap detector" which enables them not to trust much on the promises of the politicians during the campaign period. He further explains that the voters are doubtful to send messages to a political establishment to such possibilities.
