ABSTRACT
The article shares the author's views on the advances in communications technology. He considers the changes within communications technology, which started as a technical innovation, as a cultural, political and business revolution. According to him, business models, relationships, political networks, innovation and learning are changed by this innovation. This collaboration, which also affects customer service models and family relationships, is driven by video-based technologies.
