ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the regulation in possessing a gun in the U.S. Legislative director Kristen Rand of nonprofit Violence Policy Center mentioned that some states have the possibility for unlicensed sellers sell firearms to customers without checking the customer's background. The author believes that legislators should support the efforts on gun control groups to minimize crime and for the safety of the public.
