ABSTRACT
The article relates the author's view on the discrimination that would result in every negotiation. The author cites the case of Mediacom Communications Corp. where its deal with Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. seems unclear. The author shares that in archetypal negotiations, one expects to start at opposite ends of a range and meet somewhere in the middle. However, one observer sees the way Sinclair deals with other business as odd business strategy.
