ABSTRACT
The author discusses the slow growth in furniture retailing. The author argues that though many big companies such as Ashley were affected by sluggish market conditions, many others are doing well. The success story of Texas-based retailer Eurway Modern Home & Office, which increased their business through internet sales is quoted. It is also suggested to look at the positive developments taking place in the industry and try to increase business in all ways possible.
