The author discusses the task of maintaining and enhancing the credibility of the non-profit organization Futures Thinking Aotearoa (FTA) or the New Zealand Futures Trust. According to the author, part of this task is the role of FTA in searching for credible information in an era where there are many misconceptions being used to protect vested interests in the status quo. He adds that FTA also faces a challenge as it plans to transform into a virtual organization aiming to help New Zealanders.
