ABSTRACT
The article focuses on effect of the increase in real estate prices globally. Research on the global real estate markets reveals that there is a strong correlation between macroeconomic factors and real estate prices. It was found out that an increase in national income also increases house prices, and that a boom in the stock market resulted in higher house prices.
