ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the significance of speaking one's opinion in the achievement of goals. He shared that eventhough he had been criticized for expressing his feelings he could not just sit in a corner waiting for things to happen. He wanted to represent the organization and fulfill the goals of each member and the organization as a whole. He felt fulfilled everytime he see hospitalized veterans smile.
