ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the findings of an international survey concerning the improvement in business credibility in Europe. The survey was conducted by the Edelman PR company. It examined the attitude of the public toward chief executive officers (CEO). The survey depicted that undertaking socially responsible activities was the most important action any organization could undertake to build trust.
