The author presents his views on vendor-consumer relationship. The author argues that Web sites can be confusing to consumers. Even if Web sites have been used in marketing for several years, they still fail to provide the needs of consumers. In this regard. the author assesses the advantages of customer relationship management solutions over Web sites.
