ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the racial discrimination in public schools of San Francisco, California and on the article of Ken Olsen entitled "Salmon Justice." He cites that public schools in San Francisco are in bad quality in terms of handling racial discrimination issues. He also criticizes the administration of President George W. Bush of refusing to put up a salmon restoration plan in the Snake/Columbia River Basin.
