ABSTRACT
The article provides suggestions to sales personnel on how to explain the customers about the quality and construction of innerspring beds made up of coils. Sales personnel should provide information about various types of coil constructions. The author also says that customers should be educated on the effect of coil counts on the price, however the primary thing should be to make sure that they like the feel of the bed.
