ABSTRACT
The article presents presents an overview of the role of analytical chemistry in roforming health care services. The author makes a mention of the new hyphenated techniques like minituarization, parallelization and trace analysis. The author observes that the requirements of diagnostic laboratory can be fulfilled by upcoming immuno or receptor assays combined with mintuarized automated equipment and flow injection and sample handling devices.
